I write here.
Adelina, 30f, Indonesian. I observe the world quietly by using my own unquiet brain. And this is my personal blog.
  • Blogger is dead. I know. But somehow, visiting this dusty place brings back so many memories.

Long-form blogging (as opposed to the microblogging popular today) was a huge trend during my high school days. Almost all of my schoolmates had at least one blog on Blogspot. Some of them used to actively update their blogs, which were mostly personal entries or sites for pirated content. Now, they are mostly gone.

If I'm not mistaken, there used to be a lot of active personal bloggers on Blogger and Tumblr, too. I followed several of them a long time ago, even keeping up with their dramas—mostly about stolen themes, lmao. As time goes on, things change, and trends change. I can't even find most of them anymore. The most recent post from a blog I used to follow was published 8 years ago. So distant, isn't it?

I'm now thinking about reviving this blog with a new name. To cure my boredom, of course. Let's see if this works out.

  • My name is Nov. I'm an Indonesian who was born and raised in my hometown of City P.

Ever since high school, I’ve wanted to maintain a proper blog and write consistently. After years of hesitation, missing the golden age of classic blogging, I finally started this page a few years ago as a place for my drawings and random musings. Unfortunately, real life, procrastination, and laziness have kept me away at times, leading to several abrupt hiatuses.

So this time, I'm going to make this my personal blog once more, despite the current trends.
